Project Description
KC Civil Engineering Ltd were hired by Kilbelin Construction Ltd to undertake all site clearance, enabling, and works of a civil engineering nature on this scheme for 120 new homes. Initially we stripped all topsoil and through a cut & fill exercise, levelled the site. We then provided temporary roads, car parks and hard-standings. For this scheme we also constructed all drainage lines, chambers, manholes and services. As the works progressed we also provided roads, car-parks, driveways and footpath to all new homes.
The project was safely delivered within time and budget without any incident of a HSEQ nature.

Project Description
Provided all site enabling, bulk earthworks, cut & fill, disposal, site drainage & services for this new residential scheme consisting of 480 new homes.
At the start of the job KC Civil Engineering Ltd excavated and carted away 4,500m3 of surplus material. Thereafter we constructed 4km of drainage and services pipes ranging in size from between 150mm diameter to 1.8m diameter at 4.5m deep. We also constructed all manholes, chambers and the attenuation and site petrol interceptors.
We excavated for all strip foundations, and installed all under floor site services to 480 number residential houses. As houses were prepared for handover we provided permanent kerbing, slabbing, access roads, driveways and footpaths.

Project Description
KC provided all site enabling, set up, excavations, temporary hard-standings and all works of a civil engineering nature for this scheme which consisted of 190 new residential units.
The works involved the construction of 3km of drainage and services ranging in sizes between 100mm to 1.2m in diameter. We also constructed all strip and raft foundations, under slab services, granular fill to DPM level and installed all concrete floor slabs.
As the works progressed KC constructed roads, footways, pavings and car parks to all new residential units. The job was safely delivered to the client's total satisfaction.

Project Description
For this scheme KC Civil Engineering Ltd constructed all initial site enabling, hard standings, temporary roads, temporary accommodation and the site compound.
Thereafter we constructed the permanent site access roads, footways, deep drainage, manholes and chambers. We also installed all site services including, water, gas, telecom, street lighting and broadband services.
The scheme entailed the construction of 1.5km of roadways, footpaths, services and drainage operations to cater for 40 new homes.
